These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications (the “Apps”) developed and published by Tatsiana Padruzhaya (the “Developer”). By downloading or using any of the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the Apps. Your continued use of an App constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms.

Description of Services

The Apps provide a range of AI-assisted tools and content, including but not limited to styling, study, identification, wellness, collecting, and creative features. Features may vary by App and may change, be added, or be removed over time.

AI-Generated Content

Several Apps use artificial intelligence to generate results, suggestions, identifications, valuations, or written content. Such output is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, financial, legal, or safety advice. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

User Responsibilities

• Use the Apps only for lawful purposes;
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing;
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Apps or their underlying services.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms.

Intellectual Property

The Apps, including their design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by the Developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide the requested features.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Apps at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps and delete them at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Developer’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
